Yoga for All

Hello! My name is Kiesha and I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and I am certified in chair yoga. I attained both my certifications through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center online under Stephanie Mitchell-Ball, E-RYT 500. I believe my classes are fun, inclusive and encouraging while based on classical yogic philosophies and doctrine.

I have recently made the decision to take a deeper dive into the arena of flexibility and range of motion by enrolling in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach Certification program through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This program combined with my yoga teacher training afforded me the ability to offer assisted stretching and passive yoga services as well.

I teach Hatha Vinyasa yoga with emphasis on breath work, meditation, asanas, and honoring and accepting one's body. While these classes and sessions can work to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, and stamina, it is how this practice can support one off the mat that I really strive to help participants impart on their lives.

 No matter where you are on your journey, as a new yogi, an experienced one, or someone looking to better their lives through improved movement, there is something here for you.
